WELCOME

​Restorative Connections is a trauma focused group practice in Billings and across Montana offering EMDR, somatic therapy, and relational approaches for children, teens, adults, and couples. 

At the heart of this practice is the belief that no one should have to navigate trauma, identity shifts, grief, or overwhelming life changes alone. Too many people grow up learning to hide, minimize, or push through their pain. Too many are told they are too sensitive, too emotional, too complicated, or too much. 

Restorative Connections exists to interrupt that narrative.

Here, we know you deserve more than coping strategies. You deserve a place where you are fully seen without judgment. Where your trauma is handled with steadiness. Where your identity is affirmed. Where your nervous system can begin to settle instead of brace.​
