Hi, I am Cheyanne Carl, a Provisionally Licensed Clinical Counselor under supervision (PCLC) who works with children and teens, along with their families. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, depression, and neurodivergence, helping them better understand themselves and build tools to thrive in everyday life.
My approach is directive, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe that each child and teen has unique abilities and inner strengths, and I work collaboratively to help them develop confidence, emotional regulation skills, and healthier ways of coping. I balance gentle guidance with practical strategies, meeting clients where they are while helping them move forward. I bring a warm, comforting, and supportive presence to my work with children and families. Creating a safe and trusting environment is at the heart of what I do, so clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout the counseling process. I also value partnering with families to support lasting growth both in and outside of sessions. It is a privilege to walk alongside children, teens, and their families as they navigate challenges and discover their resilience. |
