Welcome Grace Zacaroli to Restorative Connections Counseling!
Grace works with adult individuals and couples, offering telehealth sessions across Montana and Idaho. Her approach is emotionally focused and flexible, meeting clients where they are while guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change. Grace believes in the power of connection and provides a warm, grounded space for clients to explore their experiences, build insight, and heal.
Grace values holistic, relationship-focused care. She takes a strengths-based and collaborative approach to working with people, respecting individual experience while recognizing the profound influence of family, culture, ethnicity, identity, socioeconomic status, and faith or meaning making on our experience. She is an EMDR provider and is interested in the impacts of movement, meditation, and systems to support the mind-body connection and help clients cultivate deeper awareness and self-compassion. Whether working with individuals facing trauma, stress, or relationship challenges, or helping couples strengthen communication and intimacy, Grace tailors her work to fit each unique dynamic.
Her peers describe her as bringing "great, deep care to her work" as well as a sense of humor that makes interactions feel human and approachable. In addition to her clinical work, Grace is also an author, further reflecting her commitment to storytelling, growth, and giving voice to complex emotional journeys.
