Restorative Connections Counseling, LLC is seeking a Full- Time Clinical Therapist to join the team in-office in Billings, hybrid, or virtually from within Montana at this time.
At Restorative Connections Counseling, we believe in identity affirming care, trauma-informed treatment, and personal growth and wellness for the clinician. 

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be motivated and excited about working in a small but growing private practice setting. The clinician will be expected to:

• Perform basic administrative tasks including scheduling, phone and email management, filing and maintaining records.   
• Provide Direct Clinical Services – conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and maintain clinical documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Conduct Assessments including intake assessments, risk evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Coordinate care with other providers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Ethical Guidelines and all state and federal regulations for mental health care.
• Maintain licensure in the state of Montana and meeting of continuing education requirements.
• Promote growth of the practice through team participation, outreach support, referrals and community involvement.
• Maintain healthy work life balance and value self-care and personal growth.

 
Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule. Full time is considered at twenty-three hours per week.
• Setting: Full time therapist will have a private furnished office space if desired, or may work remotely if based in Montana.
• Client Focus: Clinicians will have a say in age groups and specialties that they would prefer to work with, but will be expected to provide therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs including trauma, LGBT+ affirmative therapy, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. An ideal candidate would be versed in working with individuals and couples and/or families. 
• Compensation: Competitive compensation is based on completed sessions and administrative time.
• Marketing, billing, virtual scribe note assistance, and credentialing are covered so you can focus on proving therapy and taking care of yourself!
